Year Roundup....

So.... It's November and things are busy busy busy for us. We got the new T-Shirts being printed (pre-orders are up) @ Big Cartel. As for the record, we've been writing a ton of new songs, looks like we'll have a lot of material to be recording in the coming months. We got some other cool stuff coming up too. Dec 5th 2010 we'll be playing with The Sound Archives & The Littlest Viking. We're really stoked to be playing with these two awesome bands. Also everyone should come out to this show because it's going to be one of our last shows for a few months until the record is done.

What We've Been Up To...

We haven't posted an update in a while. We're still working on the record right now. We've been writing a lot and practicing a lot. We haven't played any shows in a while and the ones we were suppose to play we canceled. Good news though is we will be playing Oct 24th @ Slide Bar in Fullerton. We've also got a new shirt design in the works right now. We looked at the rough design last night and it's already looking sweet. So lookout for new shirts, records on it's way it's still incubating, and come jam at Slide Bar with us we'll play some new songs.

Pre-Production Begins

This Thursday we'll be starting pre-production on a new record. We don't have a name yet but we'll be recording with Eric Mileham again at Noise Pollution Studios. There is no name for the record as of yet but we're working on it. Not sure about a release date yet but that's why we're starting early. We'll post some pictures of progress in the coming months. These things take time but we're stoked to be on the adventure yet again.

Record off for mastering

We sent the record off for mastering last week. Ed Brooks will be mastering the record he's done a lot of cool stuff, Minus The Bear, Botch, These Arms Are Snakes, Russian Circles, Pelican, Portugal The Man, and many more. As soon as we get the final versions back we can send the record off for pressing. We're shooting for a June release. A cd release show will be announced in the coming weeks.

First of April...

We're done, Zac has left the band to pursue a career in getting tattoos, Dillon has accepted a full time job as a merchant sailor in the East Indies, and as for Justin, be sure to see him starring as Bane in the upcoming "Batman" film and of course April Fools!

Drums

Are DONE!!! We finished drums this past weekend. We'll be going back in 2 weeks to finish the bass.... and after that GUITARS! Stay tuned... great things to come.

We had a blast at Gallaghers.... That is our new favorite venue. The show had a lot of energy an awesome crowd. Thanks anyone to showed up... And even if you missed it we have our whole set taped. We will be posting the videos any day now.... stay tuned.

First Chain Show

So first of all we would like to thank everyone who came out to our show on Monday night, it was a blast! Second of all we would like to apologize if our sound was not properly balanced. We tried getting a proper sound check but the group of five year olds working the sound board tried telling us we were already five minutes in our set. We immediately retorted by explaining that it was not our fault that we all had to wait for them to finish sucking their daddy's dicks and they agreed to let us play our full set. It was a fun night everyone and it was really strange when we all walked into the bathroom and found the booking agent having sex with three monkeys in there while drinking a glass of piss!

Finishing pre-production

Tomorrow Zac and I (Dillon) will be finishing up the pre-production for the upcoming EP. I can't wait to get crackin on this shit and show everyone that we've been hard at work. Zac and I will post a studio video tomorrow hopefully. until then...
